Meet Adam
I have a passion for helping people achieve strength, balance, and confidence in their fitness journey. My background as a ballet dancer, having graduated from Boston Ballet School's pre-professional program, taught me the importance of posture, control, and functional movement, which I now incorporate into my training philosophy. With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boston University, I understand the mental aspects of motivation and behavior change, which I weave into my coaching. As a certified personal trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and holding a Precision Nutrition certification, I blend evidence-based fitness and nutrition strategies to help clients build lasting strength, improve alignment, and maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
